About the Promoter - ASHWANI KAPOOR

Having had a father and three elder brothers who were all in the building and construction trade, it wasn't long before Ashwani realized what his future held. Having had good knowledge of building and construction trade through his family it wasn't long before he became the registered Contractor with railways in 1978.

Ashwani believe in the saying, which says: "if you are going to do it, Do it right the first time"

Being a contractor in Railway and University of Delhi he completed number of residential projects.
e.g. : Construction of Multistoryed Staff Quaters for Railways in various locations of Delhi. e.g. : Punjabi Bagh Railway Colony, Panchkuiyan Road Railway Colony and with the University two prestigious projects relating to construction of 200 boys hostel and staff quaters at International Student hostel and Staff Quaters at Reids lines, University of Delhi. Having Total areas of 6 Lakh Sq. feet(approx.)

After 1990 Ashwani Shifted his focus to private Residential Construction, where acquiring lands and converting his dream houses in the reality was the only way out for future and that is how Competent Holdings Ltd was formed .
